I began my journey by completing a 20-week pre-apprenticeship course, which then led me into a Modern Apprenticeship.
I first became involved with Paradigm through a Joint Venture course run by Tigers and Morgan Sindall. After completing a 12-month placement with Paradigm, I was offered a position and officially joined the team.
I enjoy working at Paradigm because they operate differently from a typical construction company—the culture here is unique and genuinely supportive. Everyone is always willing to help, and I’ve been given the time and space to develop my skills and learn new ones.
So far, my journey has been fun, exciting, and full of valuable experiences. I’ve had the opportunity to be part of a wide range of projects, and I’ve enjoyed every step of the way.
